Smallwood Studio, a smoke free environment est. in 2004 was built by a musician for musicians. I have over 35+ years experience in the recording industry. The studio building was built from the ground up to be a great recording studio. Set in a woodsy country surrounding available for 24 / 7 recording. Work late? Real early? No matter if it is 3 PM Monday or 4:30 AM Sunday, we are here to serve you in all your recording needs.

Smallwood Studio offers a Roland 2480 24 tracks (384 virtual tracks) for very warm digital recording. A Mackie VLZ pro mixer puts it all in prospective. Event P 8 bi-amp studio monitors give one of the best play back sounds from the lowest low to highest highs. The control room is totally sound reinforced for a great listening system. Complete with a Tascam DA -30 MK II Digital Audio Tape Deck (Dat),a Sony TC- WR 565 dual cassette deck and many more out board as well as on board equipment all to mix and match to provide you with your own unique sound.

Full remote recording ability 1 track to 24, render down to Dat 2 track or bring back and do a studio mix down and mastering.

Full audio to video matching and video editing, voice over, titles and packaging.

Rehearsal Space:

All microphones, power mixer, monitors, EV bent-horn bottoms, 24” voice of the theater horns, amps and drums. The rehearsal space is available when ever the studio is not booked for a recording session. Day or night, early or late.

Cost:

Our cost is simple studio time starts at $25.00 per hour. What you get: the 24 track studio, recording engineer, studio gear (at the studios discretion) a great recording space. Extra's any producing is a $25.00 per hour charge, any special order microphones or effects, outboard equipment and or musical gear. We have a full range of studio musicians available for your sessions.

CD Duplicating Services:

Smallwood Studio provides a full service CD / DVD duplicating service. From all your photographic needs (photo shoots), art, logo, layout, design, CD duplicating full color on CD label printing. Jewel case, paper slips (great for demos), printed full color glossy CD cover slips and printing of all inserts, tray liner right down to the shrink wrap. From 1 CD to 1000's with hands on personal touch.

The Studio:

Control Room: professional Audio/Video play back, comfortable seating for those long mixing/mastering sessions.

The main room is 22x24, a very comfortable warm space all sound reinforced with moveable containment walls and ceiling sound panels. Restroom with shower. An 8x8 isolation room all sound reinforced for drums, vocals, horns anything that would need extra containment. With 6 microphone lines out and multi head set feeds. The studio recording space is all smoke free with hard wood floors, oriental rugs, amp floor pads, wall coverings, different style stools, chairs, music stands and lighting on dimmers and color gels for just the right mood. Filtered water and comfortable sitting places for artist and friends alike. Good vision between all studio rooms.
